Our second joint report with the Women in Defence Charter focuses on retention, combining the latest sector gender data with the Insight generated from our Summit – ‘Changing the face of defence - how do we keep women in the sector’. Given the uncertainty the world faces at the moment, it’s even more important than ever to have diverse voices around the decision making tables to bring real diversity of perspective and reduce the risk of group think. The report brings together an understanding of how many women are working in business/mission critical roles, with ideas on how we can retain the brilliant women already working in the sector.
