We are delighted to be a part of and supporting Women in Defence UK once again in 2024 whilst celebrating the impact of incredible women within the Defence industry.
Here at SSCL and Sopra Steria, we are committed to creating and nurturing a diverse workforce as we continue to ensure women are empowered to succeed at all levels. Female role models within our company and industry ensures that the next generations can see just what lies ahead for the future. Along with our leadership teams and the SSCL/Sopra Steria Executive, I encourage mentoring and support from these senior women to our more junior colleagues so that they're helped to reach the career level they aspire to achieve.
