Rt Hon Dr Andrew Murrison MP, Minister for Defence People, Veterans and Service Families, could not attend the Women in Defence UK Critical Mass Summit 2023 in person, so he delivered his speech remotely sharing words of wisdom and support for the mission we're all on together: accelerating gender equity in defence.
The numbers are going up. In partiuclar the number of women seniors is increasing. A trend I am very sure will continue given the excellence of women we are attracting to defence.
